I had a lovely interview with Colleen Curran from Richmond.com the other day. She came to Nate’s shop and we chatted about Pizza Tonight, what we are doing now and plans for the future. She wrote this great article that is featured this week. Only one minor shafu- we won’t be selling any wood fired cooked pizzas for $10 at the farmers markets we are looking at the 7 to 8 dollar range for a 12 inch pie.
